General Information
After placing an order with Marilyn and Melrose, you will receive an email notification to confirm that we have received your order details. This email will contain a unique order number, along with the details of the items purchased and the delivery information provided. If you notice any mistakes in the details included within this email or need to make any changes, please contact us immediately to let us know, and quote the order number that you have been given.
Delivery Discounts, Offers and Restrictions
Delivery discounts, offers, and restrictions may be applied to individual products or product ranges. Full details of any changes to our standard delivery terms will be included within individual product descriptions, or alongside the relevant product ranges.
Orders containing products with a shopping cart value of £75 or more qualify for FREE Standard delivery. This offer is only available on orders being sent to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Standard Delivery
Orders placed using Standard Delivery to UK addresses are sent either using Royal Mail or via a tracked courier service. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 2-5 working days of dispatch.
We aim to dispatch all Standard Delivery orders within 1 working day of being placed, but at particularly busy periods this may take up to 2 working days. You will receive an email confirming the order has been dispatched.
General Courier Information
Our preferred Courier provider is Hermes. Courier deliveries are usually made between 8am-6pm and normally require a signature confirming receipt of the goods. However, please be aware that during peak periods Courier orders may be delivered up to 8pm in the evening.
If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave a card for you to re-arrange delivery. When you place your order you can request that the parcel be left with a neighbour or in a safe and secure location.
By providing us with an email address and/or mobile phone number, this allows our courier partner to contact you directly with details relating to your delivery. This may include notifications on the progress of your delivery, estimated delivery times, and the option to make changes to your delivery. If you would prefer this information not to be shared, please let us know when placing your order.
