Manos del Uruguay is a co-operative of over 800 women, producing and supplying hand spun, hand dyed yarns and wools to customers throughout the world.
The wools and yarns are made using natural fibres sourced in South America.

Manos Serena is a lightweight, whisper-soft yarn for trans-seasonal knitting. It combines two luxury fibers: alpaca and cotton. The alpaca gives beautiful drape, and the cotton year-round wearability.The hand-dyeing process produces a magnificent palette of soft shades enhanced with subtle nuances.

Manos Silk Blend is a luxurious blend of wool for softness with silk for lustre and drape. Perfect for indoor garments and transitional outerwear, its brilliant palette invites traditional colorwork. The soft heathering of the fiber blend plus the gentle striations of the kettle-dyeing process also give depth and complexity to single-colour projects.
